Post the job. Local folks bid. You choose.

Help is closer when local jobs come together. Post the work your property needs and eligible local providers send you private quotes — compare profiles, prices and reviews, then choose. No ads, no directory, nobody assigned to you.

Free to post. Free to compare quotes. No obligation to book.

Is your property in the area?

Check your ZIP code before you write anything.

Current launch market: Owensboro and Daviess County, Kentucky. ZIP codes are an intake aid only — we confirm the physical property address is inside Daviess County before a job goes out to providers.

Post Any Outdoor Property Job

From lawn care and landscaping to excavation, firewood, snow removal, pressure washing, and much more, YardRun helps homeowners connect with qualified local providers for virtually any outdoor property service.

Don't see your service? You can still post it.

How open local bidding works

YardRun never assigns anyone to your job. Your job is shown to every independent provider whose own chosen service area covers your property, and any of them may bid.

  1. Post the job

A few taps, a photo or two, and when it works for you. Your exact address stays private.

  2. Local providers bid

Every provider whose own service area covers your property may quote. Nobody is hand-picked for you.

  3. Compare and choose

Price, what's included, when they can come, reviews and reliability. Cheapest is never required.

  4. Booked and done

Once your provider confirms, they get your address and access notes. You approve the work and review it.

A note from our founder

“YardRun was built for the towns and counties where a handshake still means something, no back road is too far out, and good local work gets a fair shot.”

What comparing quotes looks like

Example only

Sample numbers, not real bids. Providers use a permanent nickname until you book, so you can judge their record without anyone collecting your address.

Why this beats asking around

Reviews you can trust

Reviews only come from real YardRun bookings. No anonymous comment threads, no deleted complaints.

A reliability record, in plain English

"Reliable, 43 jobs" — built from showing up, showing up on time, and finishing. No mystery score.

Your address stays yours

Bidding providers see a general area. Exact address and gate, pet or access notes release only to the provider you book.

Built for country roads

Providers set their own driving range across towns and counties, so a back-road job still reaches real help.

Straight answers

Does YardRun pick my provider?
No. Providers choose whether to bid, and you choose which quote to accept.
How does payment work right now?
Card payments are not yet available. You can post a job, compare quotes and book a provider today — no card details are collected and nothing is charged.
When payments switch on, who takes my money?
A payment company (Stripe) would process the card, not YardRun, and the charge is intended to sit on the provider's own payment account — so the provider is the seller, and refunds are settled with them, with YardRun helping. YardRun would keep only a clearly stated service fee. This is how card payments are designed to work when they open.
Who sees my address?
Only the provider you actually book, and only after they confirm. Bidders see a general area and job details.
Are providers YardRun employees?
No. They are independent local businesses using their own equipment, setting their own prices and keeping their own customers.
